Art Condition Reports 1.2.0 lets you shape the app around your own collection.

Custom object types

Build your own catalogue of object types, for example Painting, Sculpture, or Works on paper. You can add, edit, duplicate, reorder, or archive object types at any time. Archived types stay on the objects that use them.

Customizable tombstone templates

Choose which catalogue fields you record for each object type. Each object type also has its own list of annotation types.

Object photos

Attach reference photographs directly to an object. After a CSV import, the app offers to add photographs to the new objects. You can match many photographs to objects at once, or add photographs one object at a time.

Signature notes

Add a note next to a signature, for example to give context for a sign-off.

Demo mode

New users can explore the app with a sample workspace before they subscribe. Your demo work can continue into a real account when you sign up.
